SHIPPING, TAXES, AND DUTIES

Shipping Timeline:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The order is shipped to your doorstep according to the shipping method you choose at checkout (between 3-14 business days).

Please keep in mind that all local delivery services are currently experiencing extended delays due to global shipping events.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. If purchased during checkout, this email will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

What happens if my address is entered incorrectly at the time of shipping? 

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted. To avoid this situation, please double-check your address at check-out.

My package is lost/damaged/stolen. What should I do? 

Please contact USPS and file a USPS lost claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm 

cherryish yourself is not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact cherryishyourself@gmail.com with your order number and USPS Case Code & reason so we can assist you further.

 

Shipping Fees 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Taxes & Duties 

Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges may be calculated on the total value of merchandise, and will be displayed on the Order Summary page. 

If you are ordering from outside of the United States or Canada your order may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and our store will not reimburse for these charges. 

If your order contains multiple items, we may split shipping into multiple packages. The customer will be responsible for the custom fees for each shipment. 

International Bank Fees 

Our store is hosted by Shopify in USD Currency. Depending on your Credit Card Company or Bank, you may be subject to a small international charge in addition to the fees for your products. These charges are solely the responsibility of your bank and we are not responsible for refund or reimbursement. Please contact your bank for further inquiry. 

Shipping Carriers 

Shipments are sent via USPS and UPS. Depending on which shipping method you select at checkout, you may receive a tracking number with the most up to date information about your shipment. Any inquiries for delivery status should be directed to the courier. 

Redirecting An Order 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Do you ship internationally? 

At the moment we do not. Once there is enough demand outside of the United States, we are excited to expand our shipping to become international!

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES

May I cancel my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Shopify. You must cancel your order before you have received this email, as we are unable to cancel for an order with its package already on its way for delivery.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our business model we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products.

What if there was an issue with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a refund. To start a refund, email cherryishyourself@gmail.com with the description of the issue and any photo attachments as needed. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cherryishyourself@gmail.com.
